Last month we decided to take Sophia to the Rainforest Cafe. I had never been and heard it was lots of fun for kids, plus we had a gift card (thanks Nana and Pop!). Sophia was very interested in the animals and was a little unsure the first time the tigers growled at her, but she quickly decided she really liked it. She kept pointing to the monkeys and tigers and getting excited. It was a fun experience and we will have to bring her back soon. It also makes me really excited to take her to the zoo for the first time...she seems to love animals!

At the beginning of August, Sophia's cousins came to Dallas and celebrated their birthdays at Chuck-e-Cheese. Connor turned 6 on July 30th and Regan and Riley turned 4 on August 6th! Talk about a busy birthday week. Sophia always has so much fun when they are in town and Chuck-e-cheese was another first for her. She seemed to like it...she got overwhelmed a few times and did not like Chuck-e, but had fun with everything else. The kids had a great party!
